I couldn't find this info on the tg website.
Does TG 1.0.9 work with Python 2.6?

Of course, once I submit the question, I find the answer. The answer
according to http://docs.turbogears.org/1.1/install is that YES, TG
1.0.9 and 1.1 onwards support Python 2.6.
