Hi all,

The users for our Trac have now been reinstated and you should have no
problems using your old authentication details.

Also, user registration has been re-enabled allowing anyone to
register and create/update tickets. Alternatively, if you do not wish
to register, you can log in using the user/pass as guest/guest.

If anyone comes across any problems please notify me.

Thanks,

Lee

Is the wiki still locked down?

Hi Lee...

I am not able to login with my old password. I've tried the
/reset_password url but I'm getting the same error Ksenia has
reported... :(

Cheers

Ok. I'll get that sorted as soon as I can. It looks from the
traceback like the smtp settings aren't right for trac.

Thanks Lee...

BTW, the same error happens in

http://docs.turbogears.org/UserPreferences

when I use the "Mail me my account data" button (but in a polite
message at the top-right of the page)..

ahh yes I had this problem with webfaction, they don't have a local
smtp server so you need to point there, also you need to create a
mailbox and it has to be a valid mail address

check this out http://forum.webfaction.com/viewtopic.php?id=231

if you want I can email you my settings or get thru the steps with you.

Thanks for bringing all the bits and pieces above to my attention.
After quite a few tweaks everything should now be working correctly.

Ksenia, if you're still having trouble getting your account details
working please mail me off list and I'll make sure that your account
is reset for you.

Roger, I've now tested the mail sending functionality of both trac and
moinmoin and they're working nicely. If you have any more problems
with it, please let me know.

I get a 500 HTTP error when I try to attach a file to a ticket (#910 - I'm
logged in as "Chris Arndt") when I hit "Add attachment" on the upload form.

This seems to work now, I just reset my password.

Now I was able to login with my old password. I've tested the password
reset in both trac and moinmoin anyway and everything run fine.

Thanks again

Any news on this one? Is anybody else having this problem?

I still get the same error.
