dead wiki tutorial link on home page

Thanks for all the incredibly useful software.  Note that the wiki tutorial link on the turbogears home page -- http://www.turbogears.org/book/part1/wiki20.html -- is not working.

Thank you for reporting this, I'm fixing it right now.

It should be working again as soon as the website updates itself, the correct link is http://turbogears.readthedocs.org/en/latest/main/wiki20.html
