To lower the entry barrier to discussions and support requests, I enabled GitHub discussions for the TurboGears/tg2 project: https://github.com/TurboGears/tg2/discussions

This is meant to become an alternative to the mailing list, which will allow people to interact with other users without having to register to the ML and be approved, thus lowering the entry barrier for people willing to interact with other TurboGears users.
