catwalk problem with TurboGears image placement

This is a nonblocking problem....unless the image overlays the save
button...then thats blocking. :-(

Seems like the turbogears logo in Catwalk has an problem with
placement....it seems to be absolutely positioned and the error
manifests itself if I am looking at a table with a lot of variables (at
least 8 vars).

Tested in safari and FF on OSX10.3.

The logo seems to float around 300px, 500px.
