Posting it here as others might find it useful.

If you like using SCSS but want to avoid setup effort required by
precompiling or performance bottleneck caused by on demand compiling
give a look at http://pypi.python.org/pypi/tgext.scss

It is a little middleware that I used for some projects and I decided
to release just today hoping that it might help others.
It is still in alpha state, but no know problems have been found right
now. Let me know if you find any issue, I'll try to fix it!

Take a look at the "Enabling tgext.scss" section at
http://pypi.python.org/pypi/tgext.scss
Then just save your scss files inside public directory.
