Can anyone help me on this?

Hi. The network admin installed Turbogears 2.0 in my machine (I do not have acess to install anything), Know with my login (as a poweruser), I can see the application but cant create a quickstart project (see attached file). However with admin access it shows exactly what it should show ... , how can I solve this?

The amazing thing is that my friend and coworker did his installaction without needing admin login (he´s also a poweruser like me).

 

We both use Windows XP.

 

Can you please help? A small idea could solve the problem (I need to work on Turbogears ASAP).
