weberror and paste.expected_exceptions

Hello,

The weberror documentation (*) mentions the possibility to let some
exceptions pass through using the "paste.expected_exceptions"
environment variable. However, looking at the source code for weberror
(0.10.1), I see the variable isn't actually queried anywhere. Am I
missing something? Is it an unimplemented feature?
