missing production.ini

Hi,

The TG2 docs refer to a file 'production.ini' alongside
development.ini (http://www.turbogears.org/2.1/docs/main/
Deployment.html).

However, 'paster quickstart' hasn't generated the file
'production.ini'. How do I create it?

'2.1a3'

Personally, I copy development.ini, and set "debug = False" where it says to in the ini file.

Also I've setted a disk logger and I replaced the default magic key for
beaker sessions.
