/widgets SVN tree

Hi,

I think we should move the projects in the /widgets tree in SVN directly
under /projects, i.e /projects/DOMInclude etc. and delete the /widgets
tree. The /projects tree has <30 projects atm, so I think we don't need
to have subdirectories for categories there yet.

Also, they should probably get a "tg" prefix, to better distinguish TG
widgets and TW-based widgets ("tw" prefix). At least for the directory
name in SVN. Changing the project name in setup.py would break too many
things.

What do you all think?

I think remove all of the tw projects (except toscawidgets and
toscawidgets forms) these projects have been moved over to twtools.
dunno about the rest.
