Hey all,

I opened a couple PRs to Tup on GitHub a few weeks ago:

The former makes Tup work on my machine at all, and the latter adds macOS support to tup monitor.

I would appreciate some review and feedback from upstream whenever possible.

Fixed the tests as much as I could. Should both be ready for review again.
