If I remove the USB connector it disappeares instantly and returns when I put it back in.
Thats a bit annoying. I testet a total hard reset of my Xbox Series and reinstall of Diablo 4 but without success.

for people having this issue ive solved it you need to go to xbox settings>devices and connection>controllers and headsets after that click the 3 dots on the controller and update it [microsoft fixed the issue but like always decided not to tell anyone]
