So once you burn Raspbian through any img burning tool it creates two partition Boot & rootfs. The boot partition is formatted in FAT and will be only visible to windows whereas the rootfs was with Ext4 and will not be visible at all (you can confirm it by viewing it in MiniTool partition Partition Wizard)

Thanks for this tutorial. I just did this today, but I have Ubuntu Mate. Unfortunately I got some problems, probably becasue I use old tightvnc client for windows. VNC works but, it always show a small console on top left, and the grapshics is not smooth. I tried XRDP - with no configuration I was able to connect with WIndows 7 - Remote Desktop Connection. But it is also slow and not very pretty :) I noticed that every time I connect, the system opens a new VLC player for the session, which is not the same as the one already running.

You can grab the modified file from my GitHub as well as the autostart file to copy into /.config/lxsession/LXDE/ (overwriting the current one), this will launch Guake as well as fire up the python file on launch of X windows.
