Disable multiple VPN connections

Hi My network isn't working, my admin says it looks like i have multiple connections, when i only have 1. Is there a way to disable TunnelBlick and force it to only 1 connection?

You can disable Tunnelblick, just quit it. (Click on the Tunnelblick icon in the menu bar and click "Quit Tunnelblick")

Tunnelblick will only connect one configuration at a time unless you have specifically told it to do otherwise.

To make sure there are no connections, disconnect all connections (Tunnelblick icon >> Disconnect All, if there are any active connections), then restart your computer.

If you have only one configuration, and you connect it, Tunnelblick will not try to connect another
