I think it's the 8th line up from the bottom:

2016-06-11 21:17:23 AUTH: Received control message: AUTH_FAILED

Perhaps an incorrect username and/or password.

The following:
2016-06-11 21:17:16 *Tunnelblick: Obtained VPN username and password from the Keychain
...
2016-06-11 21:17:23 SIGTERM[soft,auth-failure] received, process exiting
...
2016-06-11 21:17:29 *Tunnelblick: Disconnecting; user cancelled authorization or there was an error obtaining authorization
means that Tunnelblick took your VPN username and password from the Keychain without asking you for them, then used them to try to connect to the VPN server, but the VPN server refused to accept them.

You should have been shown a dialog saying that and letting you type a new username and/or password. If that dialog window does not appear then there is something wrong with Tunnelblick, so please let us know.

Otherwise, the username/password are not being accepted by the VPN server. You need to contact your VPN service provider (apparently "vpnbook"). That is the organization which gave you your configuration files, and perhaps a username and password, and to which you are probably paying a fee for VPN service. For more information, please see  Getting VPN Service.

Tunnelblick is just the free software that many VPN service providers recommend or supply to their customers. We do not provide VPN service, just software.
