Tunnelblick can't connect on macOS

Hello, we have a customer which uses only Windows computer, however they hired recently a macOS user, they use their own MacBook and i have unable to get the OpenVPN config working there through TunnelBlick. I tried several version of TunnelBlick, i tried all 3 options of OpenVPN engine inside it's settings, but TunnelBlick still keeps reconnecting. Im sending a log, if someone has a solution, it would be higly appreciated.
