Today I updated to 26.3. After the update, a message appeared about the application being discontinued on a future OS. I assume the message might be related to the news that support for Rosetta is being discontinued.
I am using a TAP VPN. Will it still be supported on future versions? I'm not sure if my workplace has a TUN VPN

It has nothing to do with Rosetta; Tunnelblick has included native Apple Silicon code since 2021. It was originally built for PowerPC processors and was migrated to Intel processors and now to Apple Silicon processors.

Instead, what may be discontinued at some point in the future is support for TAP VPNs. See The Future of Tun and Tap VPNs on macOS.
