password issue

Hi. I recently uninstalled Tunnelblick and then reinstalled due to an issue I was having. Now, when I try to connect to a VPN, I am asked for a username and password. I had never set these up previously with Tunnelblick. Also, I cannot see any option to set them up now. How do I find out what the username and password should be?
