Can't Connect

[Bridger]

Hi, I have configured tunnelblick and when I try to connect, it looks
like it is trying to light up and connect, but then the icon goes
dark. I'd appreciate any help you could provide. I have deleted my ip
and usernames and replaced them with (deleted) for my security. Here

Tunnelblick obtained the username/password for the VPN from the Keychain, but they were not accepted by the VPN server.

Tunnelblick should warn you about this and offer you options, but there's a bug that causes that to not happen sometimes.

You need to delete the incorrect username/password manually: Launch /Application/Utilities/Keychain Access, and look for entries with names beginning with "Tunnelblick", and delete all of them. Then try to connect again.
