Seems to be, according to OpenVPN logs, there is a problem in ta.key using, but there is no way not to use it (
OpenVPN version 2.2.1 (debian 7)

Thanks for posting the diagnostic info. Here are a couple of suggestions:
  • Try using a different version of OpenVPN in Tunnelblick (it's on the "Settings" tab of Tunnelblick's "VPN Details…" window).

  • Try regenerating and redistributing your keys and certificates.

If that doesn't help, you should probably ask for help from an OpenVPN help source:

Thanks for an answer. Unfortunately, I can't get keys redone cause many peoples are using it. The only problem is with Mac, Linux and Windows machines connects good.
Different versoins not help :(
If is there any additional info I can post, please tell me :)

  • Try copying the key and certificate files from a working Linux or Windows machine to the Mac. You are correct that "ta.key" is the one that is causing this problem.
  • Try removing any CR characters from "ta.key", leaving only LF at the end of each line.
  • Try the OpenVPN help sources I posted earlier.
