TunnelBlick won't prompt for username/password

On my OpenVPN server, I'm trying to use the LDAP plugin, and as such,
I need the VPN client to prompt the user for a username and password.
From what I have read, TunnelBlick supports this, yet for me, it
doesn't ask for a username and password. There's nothing in my
Keychain that has been created by TunnelBlick, so its not getting
invalid creds from the Keychain.
The error on the server:
Thu Jun 3 15:44:26 2010 x.x.x.x:57218 TLS Error: Auth Username/
Password was not provided by peer
Thu Jun 3 15:44:26 2010 x.x.x.x:57218 TLS Error: TLS handshake failed
Thoughts?

Add auth-user-pass to your client side config file.
