Connection is not working with Tunnelblick while it works on OpenVPN Connect

The same config works on OpenVPN Connect and other VPN clients but when I try use it on Tunnelblick connection is established but I receive the following message: 

After connecting to my_connection_vpn, DNS does not appear to be working.

This may mean that your VPN is not configured correctly.
Any suggestion?
