Thank you for posting your log and configuration file.

Your configuration file tells OpenVPN to look for a file "ca1.crt" in a folder "keys" which should be a subfolder of
 /Users/admin/Library/Application Support/Tunnelblick/Configurations

But that file does not appear to exist.

vpntunnel.se should have supplied you with that folder and files, and instructions to put the "keys" folder (with its files) inside
 /Users/admin/Library/Application Support/Tunnelblick/Configurations

In any case, that is what you need to do.

Had these symptoms and fixed. Wanted to post here in case it helps others.  Through process of elimination, I found the culprit in my situation to be NetGear's Genie client.  Killing that from memory immediately solved my issue of getting disconnected immediately after getting connected via VPN.
