I searched the list for an answer to this, can't seem to find one. How
does one remove a client configuration? I don't see this option
anywhere in the menu or submenus.

I depends on where the configuration is:

Usually, configurations are stored in the "Private" folder, at
Users/---YOUR-USERNAME---/Library/Application Support/Tunnelblick/Configurations

But if it is a "Shared" configuration, it is stored in
/Library/Application Support/Tunnelblick/Shared

Or if it is a "Deployed" configuration, it is stored in
Tunnelblick.app/Contents/Resources/Deploy
(if Tunnelblick.app is located in /Applications, which is the default).

If you want to delete the configuration named "XYZ", you would be looking for a file named either XYZ.tblk, XYZ.conf, or XYZ.ovpn. Just drag it to the Trash.

(If it is XYZ.conf or XYZ.ovpn, then there may be other files associated with it -- .key and .crt files. But they may be needed by other configurations, and it shouldn't be a problem if you leave them in place. An XYZ.tblk would have its own copy of such files inside of it (not used by any other configurations) and they would be deleted when you move XYZ.tblk to the Trash.)

By the way, you can just move the file somewhere else (instead of the Trash), which will make the configuration disappear from Tunnelblick. That way you could change your mind later. Just move the file back to its original location and it will be available again in Tunnelblick.

It is easiest to do this with Tunnelblick not running because if you delete (or move) all configurations, Tunnelblick will pop up a message saying that there are no configurations and ask you what to do.

Simply delete the tblk file from the ~/Library/Application Support/
Tunnelblick/Configurations folder

See http://code.google.com/p/tunnelblick/wiki/wFileLocations#Configuration_Files
for more info about the location of configuration files.
