Problems upgrading to

Hi Everybody,

When tries to upgrade Tunnelblick to 3.8.6beta06 using the pop-up windows in the application, shows the follow message:

Updating from the DMG distribution file works well.

Thanks for reporting this.

Actually, the problem isn't upgrading TO 3.8.6beta06. The problem is upgrading FROM 3.8.6beta04 or 3.8.6beta05. See Issue 687 and Problems upgrading to lastest Tunnelblick beta version (3.8.6beta05).

It was caused (apparently) by invalid code signatures being generated on macOS Mojave for builds that contain native M1 code in Tunnelblick.app. The code signatures for 3.8.6beta06 are generated on macOS Big Sur, which fixes the problem..
