Tunnelblick crash with OpenVPN 2.4.4

Hi, I hope that this is the correct way to ask my question, because I am not a member of Google.

For the Mac OS 10.6.8 system, the last version of Tunneblick is 3.5.25 (build 4270.5160), which has only two versions of OpenVPN: 2.3.18 and 2.4.4. Using 2.3.18, no problem at all. But if I try to use 2.4.4 it is impossible to connect to the VPN, then Tunnelblick crashes.

From the log file: “OpenSSL: error:14090086:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE:certificate verify failed”

Can this be fixed? The reason for my question is that the VPN provider maybe will end support of OpenVPN 2.3.

1. Does your Mac have a PowerPC processor or an Intel processor?

2. Please post the 5 lines from the log that came before and after the one line you included (or, better, the full diagnostic info, see How and What to Post). They should include additional info about why the verify failed.
