SECURITY UPDATE: Tunnelblick 9.0beta04 is now available for download.

Changes from 9.0beta03 to 9.0beta04

Includes OpenVPN 2.7.3, 2.6.20 and 2.5.9, with OpenSSL 3.5.6, 3.0.20, and 1.1.12.
Fixes #894 "Bad Overflowing UI" (again).

NOTE: Updating to this release from some versions of Tunnelblick may take 60 to 90 seconds.

It may also require an additional authorization from a computer administrator after the update.
