TuneHouse Studios: Week 12 - Design | Status Update

Hi boys and girls!

Sorry for not sending this out sooner! Apologies! But here is the agenda for tomorrow morning's meeting.

I think we had a good list of point to cover from the meeting minutes by Dani, so without doing too much alteration, lets see where we are and what else needs to be done by the end of the weekend till the changing of guard!

Meeting minute status -

1) Go through screen maps sheet and add descriptions to each of the screens

2) Name screens correctly and put all links in screen maps sheet after generating permanent links.

3) Add links (buttons etc..) to show how screens are linked to each other 

 (Note - Don't write screen titles on screen canvas apart from what's viable to user).

4) Dili to write details of what we need to get from integration with other sites

 (Note - Group Vs Project Team: two distinct groups- groups are individuals who form groups similar to Facebook and can choose to act as a unit, whereas a project team is specific to a project and to completing the task).

5) project team builder: new suggestion to treat musicians and producers independently: producer pitched with ideas and personal fee. Musicians pitch separately to project and are selected by the chosen producer and customer. Musicians and producers may also be invited to the project. 

6) what's to go in the documents:

HLDBRD: towards the end of the document, all to go through and fill in the gaps for 'widgets/components and concepts' section. Koorosh will collate and finalise. 

7) DDD: Koorosh's screen map followed by all screens and associated descriptive text and detailed designs. 

8) Deadline for completion?

9) AOB - (Taking time off work, etc.)

Hey hey,

Seeing as Mes wont be able to make it in the morning and not sure if koorosh can make it too, thought it might be an idea to see what people think about the completion of this and booking a couple of developer meetings too?

Feel free to say your thoughts on this and state your objections but what if we wrap up this document by Tuesday next week, followed by a meeting(s) on Wednesday or(and) Thursday at 5am with developer(s) ?

Koorosh, hows your availability to help with putting the puzzle together?

Shall we push a tiny bit next week and get this phase over with ?

I'd say let's target to finish by Tuesday - have a meeting on Wednesday and help Koorosh in collating docs. Then schedule meeting with developer(s). 

Scheduling meeting with them hopefully wont take long anyway?

Agreed!

Been a bit tied down as well and haven't had a chance to work on it till today! But plan is to work on it tomorrow evening and Sunday whole day almost. Will do my best!

I'll skip tonight again. This weeks pretty hectic for me and I'll have to work on the weekend also but I'll see if I can squeeze some doc fixing on Sunday eve. 

Keep doing what ur doing and let's finish as much as possible ASAP. 

If we can get all components of the documents done by Sunday night, then that would be great. I can put it together, everyone review and be ready for any dev meetings. But I'd say we shouldn't go into a dev meeting until everyone has read the final docs.
