Meeting Minutes - THS - Week 44

Hi Everyone,

We had a very enriching meeting today between a few of us. A lot of points were discussed but the main underlying objective was to get ourselves back on track, identify briefly where we could have done things better, and plan out the next target by generating some good ideas within the group.

A little whiff of thought arose linked to our christmas backing track model which is potentially achievable but linked to several responsibilities being achieved in-house. The plan of designing a basic app for this is already in the pipe line. Even for this, the starting point is (in no particular order); 

1) Drawing up ideas for the app functionality

2) Road mapping the project from design concept to released end product on market

3) Defining responsibilities

4) Achievable time-scales (hopefully pre-Christmas)

5) Enthusiasm and commitment

If everyone of us can come up with their own thoughts on this or any other idea that you may have, I suggest we get it out there, plan, and implement fully. We have done so well so far with our ideas up to now. True, we had difficulties in making it to the final stages, but there were a lot of lessons learnt, huge amounts of experience gathered in building an app, and most importantly, proper hard core belief that kept us going. And to be honest, all we have done is parked our grand finale for the curtain call only. All the feed back we received for it was positive. So don't forget that in the not-so-distant future, the mother of all THS app ideas will definitely show her presence when the time is right. Keeping this in mind, lets get the ball rolling and start with this fresh / not-so-fresh idea, but implement it fully until it reaches the market.

End of the day, it all depends on us, the THS team. So lets be honest to ourselves and see if we can make this happen or not, and for this, I propose we try and have a meeting tomorrow if possible?

Hi All,

Shehan thanks for email. Great to know you had an exciting meeting and have a new plan.

Sadly I will not be able to join you in this next phase. Given recent changes in my job situation, it does not look like I will have time or strength to accommodate a third job. 

I am always more than happy to collaborate on the music-making side.

Hey Mes,

I can understand the situation with work! But down worry, whatever happens you will be aware of everything anyway. All plans, discussions and meeting minutes will be sent around to everyone and will be updated as and when things move. So don't worry, you will be in the loop. :)
