Hash mismatch on docker mirror

Hi

As indicated in `https://mirrors.bfsu.edu.cn/help/docker-ce/` Auto script usage should be 

```

export DOWNLOAD_URL="https://mirrors.bfsu.edu.cn/docker-ce"

curl -fsSL https://get.docker.com/ | sudo -E sh

```

But as of Sep. 25th, such Shell cmd will raise Hash mismatch error.
