extra.db returns 404 from arch linux mirror

An attempt to synchronize the Arch Linux package databases failed due to a 404
Not Found error when fetching extra.db from the TUNA mirror.

error: failed retrieving file 'extra.db' from mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn : The requested URL returned error: 404

```

According to the mirror status page, the last reported sync time is 2025-12-14
19:39, which is earlier than the failure timestamp.
