是我，改得很高级啊。
我再想提及一下：
一般一个package不大，用不用axel的速度差不多；
每天最多能有十几个或几十个包更新，所以不用更新十分勤也没什么问题。
不过只要能用就行了。

2333 给 mirror-web 改个版，加个「如何贡献」版块比较好。
其实只要有靠谱的同步方法、上游、help，资源占用合理，就可以新增mirror
