　　中国科大学生 Linux 用户协会社团委员会（会长和副会长）的选举工作通
常是在４月末或５月初的会员代表大会上进行的。而今年社团政策有变化，社
团管指委新下发的《关于公开选拔中国科学技术大学2016-2017学年度各学生
社团负责人的通知》（下简称《通知》）中，要求申报候选人提前进行申报，
并进行统一培训。

　　为了尽量使选举程序既符合上级规定，并确保会员的民主权利，我认为在
此公开选举流程是必要的。

＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝　上级要求　＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝

《通知》中要求的选举程序：
１、公开报名：即日起接受公开报名；
２、资格审查：由校学生社团管理指导委员会征询报名者所在团学组织意见，
　经民主酝酿，确定各社团报名人名单并公示；
３、培训考核：报名人应通过校团委组织的学生社团负责人任前培训，经考核
　合格，方可成为各社团负责人正式候选人；
４、选举公示：候选人经本社团会员大会选举，由校团委批准，成为新一任社
　团负责人。

　　鉴于《通知》未说明“社团负责人”的范围，这里补充说明一下，将协会负
责人限定为社团委员会成员，即会长（１名）和副会长（１～３名）。各职位
职责详情参见文末的协会章程。

　　有意愿参选上述职位的，请阅读附在文末的《通知》，按照要求填写文件
中的报名表并准备相关材料：

　　４月８日中午１２时以前，将报名表及相关纸质材料送至社团活动室（东
区图书馆６０５）。并将报名表及相关电子版材料发送到：
　　cv...@mail.ustc.edu.cn，并抄送到（可选）l...@ustc.edu.cn

吼啊，不过贵校有自己的会长产生基本法，见

对于是否经过会员大会选举，贵校并没有规定，所以历史上 TUNA 会长都是历史的行程。
