Aperture Tumblr Theme Tweaking

Hi everyone

Great to see such a wealth of Tumblr knowledge on here. I was wondering if anyone could help me putting the finishing touches to my portfolio website.

I'd like to remove the 'Posted X Hours Ago' and the share icons on the bottom of each post. I've tried the options built into the theme with no luck.

I've attached a quick screengrab of the two elements I'd like to remove, and here's my website (work in progress)
