Links and permalinks not working on theme posts

I am currently working on a Tumblr theme and the links and permalinks are not working on my posts ever since I've used JQuery masonry version 3. Here's the link to my theme, http://lt-trent.tumblr.com/ and here is the code, http://pastebin.com/Rx3znYtj. Is there anything wrong as to why I can't click on the links and permalinks on the posts? How can I fix this problem? I would like some help, please. Thanks.

I think the problem is the "z-index: -1;" on #content. The z-index is
below the body so that is why nothing can be clicked or selected.
