Following and likes aren't exactly in the sidebar

I've placed my following and likes divs in my sidebar but they aren't exactly inside the sidebar. Is there anything wrong? How can I fix that? Here's the link to the theme: http://lt-sobaka.tumblr.com/ and I have the code as an attachment. Can anyone suggest how I get the following and likes divs into my sidebar?
