Permalink Pages CSS not behaving like they should

I have a theme on http://awayfaringchef.tumblr.com/. When I go to the
Permalink pages such as this one: http://awayfaringchef.tumblr.com/post/28597051406/carry-me-away-from-here,
the header is not centering. I have looked at the CSS and cannot
figure out how to make it behave like the rest of the site. Is it
possible for somebody to explain to me why this is?

There is probably a way to fix just this problem, but based on what I've seen from your previous post, it looks like you need to remove the code that is telling permalink pages and index pages to behave differently. Would you mind sending your theme code?
