Responsive video embeds now broken?

It seems that tumblr has just changed the code for video embeds, now placing the video iframe inside a tumblr iframe, then putting that inside of yet another, nearly identical tumblr iframe!  This puts a pretty big damper on page load times, and it breaks existing theme code used to make the videos responsive.  You can see an example of the now poorly-sized video on one of my tumblrs, and I've noticed that the formatting on Vimeo's tumblr is all wonky, now, too.  (They don't re-size their videos, but it appears the code change is messing with video alignment.)

Anyone know what's up?
