You have an extra {block:PostNotes} that doesn't have a matching {/block:PostNotes} that is messing up the layout.

Problem here:

    {block:PermalinkPage}

 

    {block:PostNotes}

   

    {block:Caption}

I think the posts where it is missing stuff is on posts with no notes since you have the post info and navigation inside the postnotes block which doesn't get processed if there is no notes.
try moving the {block:PostNotes} to just before they are shown like this:
{block:PostNotes}
<div class="commenthidden" id="hideshowdemo3">{PostNotes}</div><br>   
{/block:PostNotes}

Actually that is normal. That happens with every theme, unfortunately. That's just the way it is. They'll also be displayed on custom pages.

I tried that; this is what happened : like, reblog, share, and disqus showed up on ask and submit pages, which is not good...

Any other ideas???
