OAuth application permission/access level

Currently, when authorizing a user via Tumblr OAuth, the user is
presented with a screen asking them to grant permission to the app,
with the following text:

"Grant this application read and write access to your Tumblr account?"

Is there a way to set the grant level to read-only access? There does
not appear to be a permission setting for the apps themselves (http://
www.tumblr.com/oauth/apps), and I'm not finding any API parameters to
do this.

My app does not need write access, and I am concerned that users will
not grant access if write access to their account is included.

Please advise if this is possible.
