Problem with svplot, gainplot and freson commands

I believe the attached script file shows several issues..

1. The svplot somehow switches the different transfer functions and changes their order when one looks at the bode plots. Does the svd calculate one way and switch at a critical frequency?

2. The freson command is not effective in calculating the peak frequencies. Maybe one of the 3 transfer functions should be a difficult one for a  peak calculation, but the two should be straightforward.
3. Replacing the svplot with the gainplot command shows the gainplot is very inaccurate and is nowhere near the correct bode plots.
