Here's a message from TCC's Brian Hall:

We received an extension to our grant and we are planning to run
another Cohort of students through our Web Application Development
program which consists of these classes:
· XHTML
· JavaScript (Scripting)
· Ruby
· Database Design
· Rails I
· Ruby on Rails

All the classes, besides XHTML which is online, are all at Metro
Campus at night taking up 1-2 nights a week. We have had a little
trouble getting some applicants for the program and was wondering if
you knew some folks in the Tulsa area that would be looking for some
formal training in the classes above. If they are already proficient
in the first two, then they wouldn’t have to take them.

It’s a great deal because it is all FREE to the student, and they get
a MacBook. So… do you know anyone? Any help getting the word out would
be great!

You can contact Brian if interested:

This sounds like a really great opportunity -- I wish this were available when I was getting started!

I'll be sure to tell anyone I think might be interested.
