I won't keep cross-posting announcements like this forever, but I suspect there are still some of you who haven't joined the TulsaWebDevs Facebook group and may not know that we're having a meeting tomorrow night at the Tulsa Collab.
I'll be giving a presentation on Node.js starting at 6pm.
Node.js is a great server-side JavaScript framework to supplement your existing Ruby knowledge, especially for a high-speed or high-demand portion of your Ruby app. Put all the knowledge of client-side JS to use on the server!
Come join us at 6pm. (Actually, come just a bit before 6pm, because the building's doors lock at six and you'll have to call up to get someone to let you in.)
-Tim
P.S. I'm keeping this list around in case we ever want to have a Ruby-only discussion, or in case we decide to revive the Ruby user group by itself some day. For now though, most discussion will take place in the TulsaWebDevs Facebook group.
