Recent Kit Shipment of IIS Materials

Dear Valued User Group Leader,

Recently, you may have received a kit from Eric Rezabek, Senior Product Manager for Windows Server Internet Information Services which contained the IIS Resource and Technical Training Kit Materials.

 

While we are excited to be able to send you this information, we understand that many of you received these kits at the address of the venue in which you hold your user group meetings. And as we understand it this has caused some issues for you with the venue owner.  This mistake was a result from a glitch in our database, the venue address was pulled as opposed to the ship-to address we have on record for you.

 

We would like to extend our sincere apologies as it was certainly not our intention to create issues for you with your venue owners.  Please know, we have taken steps to correct this issue so that it is not repeated in the future.
