Subject: Invitation for the Pretoria Malayalee Onam Celebration

Dear Malayalee University Students in Pretoria,

I am Wilson from Pretoria east, who is coordinating the Pretoria
Malayalees Onam celebration for the year 2010.

I hope that you are aware of the preparations for the Pretoria
Malayalees' Onam celebration scheduled for 21st August.

The organizers of the Pretoria Onam 2010 celebration decided to
include those Pretoria Malayalee university students who are not
working and their parents are not living in Pretoria or Centurion in
our celebration/function with some concession. Masters and PhD
students who are receiving bursaries are excluded for this concession.

I would like to know how many Malayalee university students would be
interested and able to attend this Onam celebration.

The contribution initially decided for the above mentioned type of
university students (non-working Malayalee university students whose
parents are not residing in Pretoria/Centurion) is R25 per student,
which should be paid in advance to the University area representatives
(Ms Elizabeth Kuriakose, Ms Alisa Abraham & Mr George Thopil) before
30th July.

For those students who are working or their parents are residing in
Pretoria or Centurion, the expected contribution is R75 per head.

Please confirm your attendance to the area reps with your contribution
amount of R25 before the 30th July. We will not be able to include any
late confirmation.

Please do the needful before this deadline to avoid the disappointment
of not being able to attend this Onam celebration.

We are expecting some fantastic cultural programme from the university
student teams and hope that you will be able to show your talents.

Kind regards,
Wilson.
