I am in computer pool.. sorry for that.
Everything goes well. I already put the first set of flyers in mensa
and would collect other stuff in the afternoon.
Our booth location will be beside the performance stage which is near
Mensa. And the sommerfest organization will provide paper plates,
tissues, cups(two size-small one(200ml) and big one), plastic knives
etc. Our 'Booth Set Up' team is required to be present at our booth at
10:30am and then we will build the tent with DRK staff.
Now we can confirm with a table-set (table-200cmX50cm, 2
chairs-200X25cm). At the best expection, we can get another set of
table.
After the sommerfest, we need to clean and pack up our booth, then we
need to bring the tables back to a parking point(details will be given
tmr.) The ending time will be around 9pm in the evening. I was told
that usually the other booths will be closed around 7 to 8, and the
stage performance and cocktailbar will last till 12 something. Since
we are just beside the stage and near to the cocktailbar, we can
discuss that whether we can provide food for a bit longer time.
Another very important thing is that it will be very tired during the
event. So the team leader must make sure you arrange shifts during the
day that everyone can be recharged and not exhausted.
In general, our customers will buy foods by shopping tickets.
That´s all from my side. Do you think we need more A3/A4 posters to
put in our hostel?
p.s. To Tim Fan, check your mailbox, if you receive the soft copy of
the event map, pls upload it here.
Add more oil. Cheers up!
Love,
Tong
