Hosted by the Chinese Students and Scholars Associations of the eight Ivy League Universities, the annual Ivy League Spring Festival Gala has enjoyed tremendous successes and supports from
members of the Ivy League schools as well as the greater Boston Chinese Community. This year, we again presents to you one of the best performances by Chinese students and scholars in the US.
Our program includes traditional and modern Chinese dances from Harvard and Cornell, solos from Dartmouth and Harvard members, remix by the MIT Syncopasian a Capella group, hip-hop by the famous New York Takala Land Dance Studio, and martial arts from the High School Affiliated to Renmin University of China. Moreover, we have XiangSheng and XiaoPin (Chinese comedy crosstalk and skit) to give you a good laugh of the night, and we have also invited the world acclaimed Pipa artist Cong Zhao for an exploration into the beauty of Chinese traditional music and instrument.
