*changed* paper for Oct 7 meeting

I have asked Professor Matthias Scheutz to attend our discussion on
"How to Grow a Mind", and he said he is interested, and can make it to
our meeting on October 21, but not on October 7. Professor Scheutz is
an expert in cognitive science and computer science, so I think it
would be great to have him join our discussion. Therefore, I suggest
that we MOVE our discussion of "How to Grow a Mind" to October 21.
For our meeting on October 7, I suggest that we read "Functional
Reactive Animation", which was the runner-up in the vote. The link:

Otherwise, I hope this is OK with everyone. If you've already read
