detecting infinite loops! (paper for Nov 18 meeting)

Hello everyone,

It looks like "Detecting and Escaping Infinite Loops with Jolt" and
"Junior: The Stanford Entry in the Urban Challenge" are tied for the
top at two votes each. I am breaking the tie in favor of the shorter
paper on Jolt.
