Repetitive Formatting

This is a question about LyX in general, not just tufte-Latex, but maybe
someone in the group can point me where I need to go to find an answer.

I have a document that I need to search for a number format (#:#) that
can have up to two digits before the colon and up to two digits after
the colon. Then, once a number is found, select it, and format it as
superscript. Is that possible in LyX?
